How much does PracticeVital cost?

PracticeVital offers flexible pricing plans based on the size of your group practice, beginning at $249 per month. You have the option to include however many clinicians from your team as you’d like, and can add or remove clinicians at any time. We offer both monthly subscriptions and discounted annual plans. What does onboarding with PracticeVital entail?

Our simple onboarding process is designed to be quick and stress-free. After signing up and issuing a BAA, our team securely connects your EHR data and configures your dashboards for you—typically within one to three days. You’ll receive a guided walkthrough to fine tune your settings and learn how to navigate your data. Included in onboarding is a free coaching session to further train you and your leadership team on PracticeVital and how to get the most value from it for your practice.

Is PracticeVital HIPAA Compliant?

Yes, PracticeVital offers HIPAA-compliant analytics. We take the trust our customers are putting in us extremely seriously. Privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance are at the core of our service and taken into account with every new feature we consider. What can I customize within PracticeVital?

PracticeVital is a pre-configured set of dashboards and reports, with customizable KPI-parameters based on your practice’s preferences. In onboarding, we help you set personalized weekly session goals per clinician, and count and categorize your service codes as you’d like. You can tailor your metric parameters and benchmarks, as well as set specific retention parameters and a notes deadline. We allow you to set up groups or categories for further filtering of your team’s data, based on the clinicians’ primary location, supervisor team or role. You can set or filter to whatever timeframe and interval you’d like to view your reports, with historical data imported back through 2022.
