PracticeVital Coaching Partners

Some practice owners want hands-on support as they implement and apply their data. That’s where our Coaching Partners come in.

CoachingSlide-1

Who They Are

PracticeVital Coaching Partners are experienced practice owners and operators who actively use PracticeVital in their own practices to make better decisions, improve performance, and grow sustainably.

They are not employees or contractors of PracticeVital. They run independent coaching businesses—but we’ve built a trusted network of partners we’re confident recommending.

When Coaching Makes Sense

PracticeVital is designed to be intuitive and actionable on its own—most customers are able to get meaningful value without additional support.

That said, coaching can be helpful if you:

  • Want more hands-on guidance applying your data to your specific situation
  • Prefer accountability and structured support as you implement changes
  • Are navigating operational or growth challenges

What to Expect

Coaching engagements are:

  • Optional – not required to benefit from PracticeVital
  • Independent – you work directly with the coach, not through PracticeVital
  • Customized – each coach has their own approach, pricing, and areas of focus

Coaches will walk through your data with you, incorporate PracticeVital directly into their sessions, and help you build habits and workflows that improve long-term results.

PracticeVital's Role

While Coaching Partners are independent, we stay closely connected with them. They:

  • Actively use PracticeVital in their own practices
  • Stay up to date on how the platform works
  • Share feedback and insights with our team to help improve the product

This allows us to confidently connect customers with coaches who not only understand the platform—but use it in meaningful ways.

About Her Practice

Great South Bay Therapy LCSW PC is a women-owned mental health group practice based in New York, co-founded by Kim Hession, LCSW and Jennifer Flanagan, LCSW. What started as a small, shared office has grown into a team of 15+ clinicians across six locations serving children, teens, and adults throughout Long Island. We focus on providing compassionate, evidence-based care while also creating a supportive environment where new therapists can grow through strong supervision and mentorship. Through building and scaling this practice together, Kim now helps other clinicians grow from solo practice into sustainable, team-based businesses with strong systems and team culture.

Why Kim loves to coach with PracticeVital

  • Sharing and discussing PracticeVital data builds trust, ownership, and accountability across the team.
  • PracticeVital simplifies complex financials (P&L, revenue) into clear clinical metrics using therapist-friendly language (e.g. attendance, retention, engagement)
  • Turns data into targeted, actionable training opportunities.

STEPHANIE KORPAL (61) (2) (1)

Coaching Focus Areas

  • Making sense of key practice metrics
  • Turning data into clear, actionable decisions
  • Sustainable and human-centered practice growth
  • Financial visibility and performance tracking
  • Leadership development for practice owners
  • Scaling with clarity, not guesswork

About Her Practice

Stephanie Korpal is the founder and owner of Marble Wellness, a private-pay group mental health practice with a team of 15 serving clients across two locations in St. Louis, Missouri. The practice offers therapy for children (ages 3+), teens, adults, and couples, with a generalist foundation supported by clinicians who bring specialized areas of focus, including a strong emphasis on maternal mental health. The practice prioritizes an elevated client experience alongside strong internal systems and clinician development, creating an environment where both clients and therapists are supported to do their best work.

Why Steph loves to coach with PracticeVital

  • PracticeVital brings clarity to something that can otherwise feel very subjective. As a practice owner, it helps me understand what’s actually happening in the business, especially around client retention and clinician performance, without relying on guesswork.
  • It allows us to identify patterns early. Instead of waiting until something becomes a bigger issue, we can see trends in real time and provide support to clinicians in a more proactive and thoughtful way.
  • One of the most valuable pieces has been how it supports our Clinical Director in having more objective, data-informed conversations with clinicians. Instead of feedback feeling personal or emotional, we’re able to look at real patterns together, which creates more grounded, productive, and growth-oriented discussions.
